‘I finally had answers’: Angie has spoken openly about her struggle with endometriosis in the past, telling TV Week magazine last year that she was ‘relieved’ by the diagnosis

Endometriosis also affects female reproduction, but it differs from PCOS as it is caused by abnormal cell growth outside the uterus.

Common symptoms include extreme pelvic pain during time of a woman’s period.

Angie has spoken openly about her struggle with endometriosis in the past, telling TV Week magazine last year that she was ‘relieved’ by the diagnosis.

‘I finally had answers as to why I’d been in such pain for such a long time,’ she said.

She was first diagnosed with the condition in 2016. Since then, she has undergone several procedures to remove abnormal tissue that has grown outside her uterus.
