‘We’ve launched a biodiversity survey with Flora & Fauna International to map the plants and animals still in the forest of Cambodia’s Samlout district,’ said the Hollywood icon.
The Oscar-winning actress also said it is ‘a baseline for their protection and conservation in the future, since we do not yet know how much endangered wildlife remains.’
Angelina added: ‘It’s just one example of the devastating impact of deforestation globally – and why world leaders must be held to their promises.’
